一、简介
张荃,女,理学博士,教授,硕士研究生导师。主要研究领域:植物耐逆分子生物学。教授本科生《分子生物学》双语、《分子生物学》、《分子生物学实验》以及研究生《基因工程原理》课程。科研方面,主要从事耐逆模式植物盐芥的耐逆基因克隆及其功能鉴定。目前,主要进行盐芥MYB转录因子调控植物花青素合成、并提高植物耐旱、耐冷性及其抗氧化能力的研究,并将MYB转录因子应用于重要经济作物小麦的遗传转化和培育,并获得耐逆性和抗氧化能力显著提高的小麦新品种。
